John
began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial
in 1988 in the Research Department in Southeast Denver.
This is the 'grass roots' fundamentals of commercial real
estate. John spent approximately one year in research
and was promoted into sales. He spent the next 10 years
excelling in Tenant representation skills representing Williams
Communications, Wilson & Mayhan, Centerre Construction,
Newmont Gold, Chateau Communities, to name a few. John
excelled in his Tenant representation: during 96, 97, 98 John
was awarded the most transactions completed and the most Tenant
representation completed. Through his early efforts with tenants,
John became very familiar with subleasing excess space and
was noted by the Rocky Mountain news as the 'Sultan of Sublease'.
In
December of 1999, John left CB Richard Ellis after 10 years
and formed Fairbairn Commercial, Inc. to focus on assisting
tenants in the southeast Denver office market with their facility
needs. In just five years Fairbairn Commercial, Inc. grew
to 5 employees and has been fortunate to represent groups
like the South Metro Fire Rescue, the State Farm Mutual Insurance
Companies, South Metro Chamber of Commerce, Expanets, Koelbel
& Company, and DPC Companies to name a few.
John
is very active in the community. He is a board member of the
Southeast Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, The Sewall Foundation,
and chairman for the Brokers for Battered Kids event. This
is a charitable organization put on by the commercial real
estate brokers in Denver that raises money for less fortunate
children. In 2001 we raised over $380,000. Recently
John was elected to a 3 year director position for the Colorado
Association of Realtors.
A
1987 graduate of Denison University, John earned his Bachelor
of Arts degree with distinction in Economics and Mathematics.
John lives in the Denver area with his wife Lindsey, 8-year-old
son Tyler and 3-year-old daughter Georgia.

Rick
has eleven years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage
services. His primary focus has been on the leasing and sale
of office, office/flex and industrial properties. Rick began
his real estate career with CB Commercial (presently CB Richard
Ellis). He has been with Fairbairn Commercial for approximately
5 years.
Rick
worked on one of the largest office lease transactions of
2001 in Colorado on behalf of his landlord client Koll Bren
when SCC Communications leased 210,000/RSF in the Boulder
County Business Center in Longmont , Colorado . He represented
The South Metro Fire Rescue in its purchase of a 110,000 square
foot class A building at 9195 East Mineral Avenue in March
of 2002. He also sold the former South Metro Fire buildings
at 7880 and 7900 East Berry in Greenwood Village in March
of 2003. He represented State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance
Company in May of 2004 lease 50,000 sf in Meridian Business
Park . From January, 2005 to January, 2006 he sold 5 properties
for State Farm totaling 78,473 sf with total consideration
of $7,138,000.
He
sits on the Economic Development Group board of the South
Metro Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Jefferson
Economic Council, Adams County Economic Council as well as
the Downtown Denver Partnership. He is also a member of DMCAR
and NAIOP.

Rick
earned his bachelors degree in Economics from Colorado State
University in Fort Collins , Colorado . He lives in Denver

Greg
began his real estate career in investor-owner commercial
property management before becoming a broker at Fairbairn
Commercial. He is in his sixth year with the firm. Greg represents
tenants seeking new space, and also handles the subleasing
of excess space.
As
a property manager for Denver 's Axis Commercial Realty, Greg
managed a portfolio of four buildings totaling approximately
200,000 square feet, with local, regional and national tenants.
This experience has afforded Greg the knowledge of day-to-day
office building operations, including systems costs, maintenance,
and tenant issues, all of which are invaluable in negotiating
lease alternatives for both prospective tenants and landlords.
Greg
earned his bachelor's degree in communications from The Ohio
State University. He is an avid runner and has contributed
his time to a number of Denver-area charitable athletic events.
He is active in Denver Active 20-30 Children's Foundation,
Brokers Benefitting Kids, and the International Cup Golf Tournament
benefitting Friends of Man charities.
Greg
lives in Littleton with his wife Tiffani, son William and
daughter Aiva.
