John formed Fairbairn Commercial, Inc. in December , 1999 to focus on assisting tenants in the southeast Denver office market. Since, Fairbairn Commercial Inc. has grown to 6 employees and has been fortunate to represent groups like the South Metro Fire Rescue, State Farm Mutual Insurance Companies, South Metro Chamber of Commerce, Expanets, Koelbel & Company, DPC Companies, and Heartland Bank, just to name a few.
Fairbairn Commercial Inc. is active in managing, and leasing several properties in the Denver area. In the last several years Fairbairn Commercial Inc and its brokers have been involved in acquiring, redeveloping and selling several real estate properties through various different partnerships.

She has worked for a commercial real estate law firm where she conducted real estate property search, filed electronic pleadings for litigation and reviewed commercial and residential contracts. She is extremely pleased to be with Fairbairn Commercial where she manages the office, as well as drafting proposals, leases, managing and maintaining marketing on several websites, compiling and prepare marketing and property information for tour books and presentations and other tasks as needed.
Chris Vincent has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He has had many accomplishments. In Manhatten, NY, his duties included marketing and leasing of managed and non-managed offices. In Indiana, he was charged with the leasing of more than six neighborhood shopping centers. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree and he has attended executive education programs at MIT and Indiana University. He is also a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Brokers and Commercial Brokers of Boulder. Additionally, he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.
